Thank you for choosing us! Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase or booking a service.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless stated otherwise below.
LASH SERVICES (APPOINTMENTS)
• All deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment.
• Deposits go toward your total service cost.
• Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours notice.
• Failure to provide proper notice will result in loss of deposit.
• No-call/no-shows will not be refunded and must pay a new deposit to rebook.
We do not offer refunds for completed lash services. If you experience any issues, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and offer a possible adjustment if necessary.
LASH TRAINING (CLASSES)
• All class payments and deposits are non-refundable.
• Spots are limited and reserved in advance.
• Students may reschedule once with at least 72 hours notice.
• Missed classes without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

LASH SUPPLIES (PRODUCTS)
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit if approved.
We are not responsible for misuse of products or allergic reactions. Please use all products as directed.
CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
By purchasing from us, you agree to this policy and waive the right to file a chargeback for services rendered or products delivered.
